Roads adoption

(This page last revised 05/09/2026)

MUGA 2026

The leaseholder of Croxley Business Park has made a licencing application to allow them to hold entertainment events on the Multi Use Games Area adjacent to residential homes on the Byewaters estate and the Croxley Common Moor.

The licence seeks approval to hold events using amplified music and also the sale of alcohol on any day of the year at any time between 08:00 and 23:00.

This would have had a major impact on many parts of the Byewaters estate, (particularly Gill Close) because of the noise and general nuisance it would cause to residents and the quiet enjoyment of their property.
